We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing efficient practices and strategies that maximize employee performance and support their development, and involves resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, ensuring legal compliance with labor laws, and advising management on employee relations best practices and policies.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the HR Director to headhunt and recruit new talents globally across various roles.
- Manage the end-to-end staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Partner with department managers to establish SMART goals aligned with company strategy.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance individual and team performance.
- Address communication and relationship challenges in collaboration with team leads and managers.
- Develop a robust communication framework fostering trust and goodwill among employees and leadership.
- Support other departmental projects, events, and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably with exposure to start-up environments.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software; experience with statistical analysis tools is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex data to derive strategic insights for decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal and mentorship abilities for conflict resolution and team cohesion.
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
- Preferably in the financial or technology industry, knowledge of cryptocurrencies or digital payments is a plus.
- Comfortable working in an international setting with a diverse team.
