What You'll Do:

  • Transaction Monitoring: Oversee daily client transactions across digital assets, fiat, and merchant transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Alert Management: Develop alerts for transaction failures and coordinate with the Treasury to resolve pending transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain rigorous control over payment records, implementing strong troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on transaction success rates and payment speeds, collaborating with the Product team to enhance systems and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in payment processing, transaction monitoring, or financial operations, particularly in digital assets, fiat, or merchant transactions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment with a focus on transaction accuracy and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction workflows, and digital asset operations.
  • Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring tools, payment gateways, and financial software systems is a huge advantage.
  • Proficiency in generating and analyzing performance reports related to transaction success rates and payment speeds.
  • Experience in developing and managing transaction failure alerts, with the ability to act swiftly to coordinate resolutions.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to address transaction delays or errors, ensuring streamlined processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends in client transactions and ensure operations are aligned with business goals.
